Questions, Answers, and Help About Natural Life Affiliate Program

You do not need a website to get started with the Natural Life affiliate program. You can start earning commissions just by having your customers use your assigned Natural Life domain name (i.e. NaturalLifeYourStore.com) which is directed to your store landing page on the Natural Life store website. If you want to use a different domain name, just send an email requesting we register the domain name on your behalf to admin@shopnaturallife.com. For legal purposes, all affiliate store domain names must be owned and controlled by the Natural Life Franchise Corp.

On your ‘Affiliate URLs’ page you can create custom referral URL’s for different advertising campaigns. Simply enter the Natural Life store web page you want to link (i.e. https://www.shopnaturallife.com or https://www.shopnaturallife.com/product-category/hemp-cbd/, etc.) and then enter a campaign name (i.e. MothersDay2020). Click the Generate URL button and copy the hyperlink code to use with text, images, emails, and advertising banners. Later you will be able to review and compare statistics for your different ad campaigns.

Select “Direct Links” menu item on your store admin pages. Here you can register submit your existing website and domain name as a “Direct Link” for registration with Natural Life. Enter your website domain name (i.e. yourstoredomain.com) that you would like to register and select the “Save Direct Links” button. You will receive an email when your website has been approved and registered. The benefit of “Direct Link” registration is you do not have to use a referral URL when linking to the Natural Life online store and customers will not see your referral code in the hyperlink. This method may require you to manually edit your hyperlink html code. See ‘How to manually edit hyperlinks from your registered website?’

When creating direct links to the Natural Life online store from your approved website, you may need to manually edit the hyperlink html code to make sure you receive credit for all completed online purchases.

If a rel=”noreferrer” is inserted when you create a hyperlink to the Natural Life online store (common with WordPress), you must remove it before publishing the link or you will not see your sales credits tracked. You can also add a special meta tag to your website’s header <meta name=”referrer” content=”always”> that will enable the transmission of the HTTP referrer information. A common no referrer tool plugin for WordPress is available at https://wordpress.org/plugins/remove-noreferrer/. If you have questions or need assistance, please email admin@shopnaturallife.com.

Yes, your assigned Natural Life landing page can be customized within the limits of our website publishing policies. If you would like customization made to your landing page, send your request for review to admin@shopnaturallife.com.

On a monthly basis we pay affiliates their commission earning for orders completed the prior 2 months.  This usually allows enough time for us to catch any order cancellations or charge backs which are not included in your earnings. Please note taxes and shipping are not included when calculating commission earnings. You can track your earnings in real time from your store admin tools.

When an affiliate promotes Natural Life online store products they can use their Natural Life domain name, their registered website domain name, their default referral URL, or a custom referral URL created with their store admin tools.

Examples:

Natural Life Domain: NaturalLifeTallahassee.com

Registered Website Domain Name: MyWebsiteDomain.com

Default Referral URL: shopnaturallife.com/nlstore/NLTallyPensacola/

Custom Referral URL: shopnaturallife.com/shop/nlstore/NLTallyPensacola/?campaign=mothersday2020

When a customer clicks any of these links and lands on the Natural Life online store, the affiliate’s ID (NLTallyPensacola in the examples above) are stored in what is known as a “cookie”, within the customer’s browser. If the customer makes a purchase, the affiliate that the customer is tracking is awarded commission on the sale.

Absolutely! Since the affiliate’s ID is stored in a cookie, the affiliate is tracked across all web pages.

The cookie’s expiration is indefinite. Note: A user may clear their browser cookies at any time, in which case the affiliate will no longer be tracked.

The first affiliate link that the customer clicks will store the affiliate’s ID in a cookie and it cannot be overridden from the second link unless the cookie was expired, or the customer clears their browser cookies and then clicks on the second link.
