Don’t worry too much if your order is less, because we charge Fedex or UPS discount commercial rates for all orders less than $45. We think this will please most people and especially when we have to ship a $10 item. It’s not always about profits with our company, it’s more about helping people!
Our Shipping Policy: Currently we can only ship free on qualifying orders to the continental U.S. 48 states. Please note there may be restrictions on some products (but it’s not typical). All orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and Mexico are shipped commercial discount rates via Fedex or UPS if possible.
Most orders ship within 24 hours or the same day if made before 1:00 PM EST. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships and another email with tracking information.
When you place your order on the check-out page our bean counters residing inside the web server determine if your order total is at least $45. If it is, well then it’s time to break out the bubbly and celebrate! You are going to get Free shipping on your order. Hooray, yippee, douse me with hemp flowers! OK, well I guess in the age of Amazon it’s no longer that exciting to get Free shipping… but we look for the small things in life to celebrate that can make people happy! Sorry for the digress and back to our official verbose shipping policy. OK, so please also know that if your order total is not at least $45… then no free shipping for you! Now before you frown about it, you should at least be a little pleased because you can select from Fedex or UPS commercial discount rates to cover shipping costs of your products. It’s still a great deal for you to get your products in a couple of days!
Are you sure you want to return a product? Are you really sure? OK well if you have absolutely made up your mind, then we know there is a pretty good chance we messed something up with your order. Our goal to be the perfect order processors and shippers sometimes gets eviscerated and it’ rare that our customers return a product based on quality. Enough of our big words and shenanigans and let’s get you the information you need to return a product(s).
Our Returns Policy: So here’s the deal! You may return most products that are new (we do have some exceptions), and they must be unopened, and they must be returned within 7 days of delivery for you to get a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, or some other major… ohhh boy someone may get in trouble for this).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
