Our Shipping Policy: Currently we can only offer free shipping on qualifying orders to the continental U.S. 48 states. Please note there may be restrictions on some products (but it’s not typical). All orders to Hawaii and Alaska, are shipped using commercial discount rates via Fedex or UPS when possible. Currently we do not ship to Mexico or Canada. 

Most orders ship within 24 hours or the same day if made before 1:00 PM EST. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships and another email with tracking information.

Return/Refund Policy: All Natural Life products come with a 30-day (from order date) or 10-day (from delivery date), no-questions-asked guarantee for new/unopened or defective/damaged products based on the order or delivery date. To receive a refund, store credit, or replacement product(s) please follow the instructions below.

1. Email Customer Service at sales@shopnaturallife.com, or call us at 1-800-851-6839 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). An RMA will be sent to the email provided on your order.

2. For all returns, include in box: product, original packing slip, and completed RMA form.

3. If you received a damaged product that is unable to be shipped, please include a picture of the damaged product(s) in your email requesting RMA form (sales@shopnaturallife.com).
