Don’t worry too much if your order is less, because we charge Fedex or UPS discount commercial rates for all orders less than $45. We think this will please most people and especially when we have to ship a $10 item. It’s not always about profits with our company, it’s more about helping people!
Our Shipping Policy: Currently we can only ship free on qualifying orders to the continental U.S. 48 states. Please note there may be restrictions on some products (but it’s not typical). All orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and Mexico are shipped commercial discount rates via Fedex or UPS if possible.
Most orders ship within 24 hours or the same day if made before 1:00 PM EST. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships and another email with tracking information.
When you place your order on the check-out page our bean counters residing inside the web server determine if your order total is at least $45. OK, well I guess in the age of Amazon it’s no longer that exciting to get Free shipping… but we look for the small things in life to celebrate that can make people happy! Sorry for the digress and back to our official verbose shipping policy. OK, so please also know that if your order total is not at least $45… then no free shipping for you! Now before you frown about it, you should at least be a little pleased because you can select from Fedex or UPS commercial discount rates to cover shipping costs of your products. It’s still a great deal for you to get your products in a couple of days!

Return/Refund Policy: All Natural Life products come with a 30-day (from order date) or 10-day (from delivery date), no-questions-asked guarantee for new/unopened or defective/damaged products based on the order or delivery date. To receive a refund, store credit, or replacement product(s) please follow the instructions below.

2. For all returns, include in box: product, original packing slip, and completed RMA form.
