Natural Life Kanna Extract Sprays are nasal sprays made with concentrated kanna (Sceletium tortuosum) extract in a saline solution, with 60 to 120 servings per bottle.
They come in two versions named for their dominant alkaloid. Day Time is high in mesembrine and Night Time is high in mesembrenone. Both are available in four strengths, from Regular (500mg) up to Quadruple (2000mg).
Kanna is a flowering succulent from South Africa, where it has been harvested and fermented for centuries.
How to use: Start with one or two sprays and give it a couple of hours before using more. New to kanna? Start at the lower strengths. Everyone is different.
